Shipping and Returns
We are currently offering a flat shipping rate on all orders! Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. Packages are packed to safely secure your product so that it arrives in the condition described and shown. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
All Sales are Final. The great majority of our products are pre-owned and could have signs of normal wear. Please be sure you are comfortable with any flaws described and shown before purchasing. If you decide you no longer want the product, simply resell! That’s the beauty of this business.
We do realize that products can be damaged in transit. Please send product number, photos of both the damaged product and damaged shipping box, and a brief description of the issue to tiffany@tiffstreasures.net within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to solution the issue in a timely manner.
Authenticity Process
All items are 100% authentic! We are not in the business of selling fake products. All products have been authenticated atleast twice before it arrives to you. Some products come with a COA (Certificate of Authenticity), most do not. We currently do not offer purchase of COA, however there are plenty of authentication companies that can provide one for you.
